Vintage Inspired Style Icon: Zooey Deschanel

It was her lead role in 500 Days of Summer that made us fall in love with Zooey - and her vintage fashion sense.

A massive fan of a 50s and 60s vintage dress  Zooey always stays true to her individual quirky style and isn't afraid to make a statement.

Whether it's adding a butterfly pin to her hair or a gorgeous pair of embellished shoes on her feet, Zooey doesn't blend into the background.

We love her 60's esque hairstyle, which is always perfectly tousled, and her strong black eyeliner that brings out her striking blue eyes.

Launch Party Invite

To celebrate opening our new store we are holding a launch party on 28th January from 6pm to 10pm.

We would like to invite all the followers of our blog to the launch.

 Not only will you see and shop our exclusive collection of vintage clothing and accessories but you can also take part in service demonstrations and book appointments for the furture.

Drinks and canapes will be served and all guests will recieve a fabulous goodie bag containing our exclusive cosmetics brands Besame and Mavala.

Style Icon: Anna Karina

Anna Karina's rise to fame is very much a Cinderella story. 

Known today as the muse of Jean-Luc Godard, she moved to Paris without a penny to her name or knowing any French at the age of 17. She was approached by a rep from an ad agency while sitting at a cafe who asked if she would like to do some photos. 

This lead to a successful modeling career then later she appeared in movies.

Her French New Wave style, perfectly mussed hair, dramatic smokey eyeliner, and striking beauty make her the perfect vintage style icon...
